Det här inlägget är på engelska, det svenska receptet hittar du här: ChokladbollarI did a video on YouTube when a baked cinnamon rolls, a typical Swedish Fika. Today I did a video of what I would say is one of Swedens most baked recipes = Chocolate balls. The most easy and tasty treat you can make! Perfect to bake with your kids and both kids and adults love them. Here is the video that shoes how easy these are! No bake Chocolate balls, about 25 pcs.200g softened butter180g caster sugar40g cocoa powder2 teaspoons vanilla sugar or 1 teaspoon vanilla extract50g cold coffee or espresso280g oatmealDecoration:Shredded coconut or sprinklesInstructions:1. Whisk together butter, sugar, cocoa, vanilla sugar and coffee to a chocolate batter.2. Add the oatmeal and mix well and leave for about 30 minutes in the fridge to set so it is easier to roll the balls.3. Shape round balls and roll them in shredded coconut.4. Keep in the fridge and they last about one week, but probably they are all gone before that 😉 If you are interested in Swedish Fika you can also check out my recipe on Cinnamon rolls, they are so good!
